Description
Must be enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s program with good academic standing and be flexible during the Spring and Fall semesters to work 10-15 hours a week part-time and 40 hours a week full-time during the summer.
Some areas include (but are not limited to):
• Product Launch Assist in the definition and development of key messaging and launch strategy for new products, compile competitive analysis on messaging and launch strategy, create and maintain documents for internal customers, and gather content for brand magazine. Intern will have exposure to a variety of cross-functional activities within and outside of Marketing.
• Digital Strategy and Analytics Support the UX (user experience), testing, and optimization program for the website and mobile apps. Field requests, research best practices, develop recommendations, and gather assets from various teams. Gain valuable experience in UX design, A/B testing, and cross-functional communication.
• Visual Services Media Digitize and transfer video, serve as production assistant on video and photo shoots, proof/edit PowerPoint, assist with live sales training events, assist with digital asset management, act as spotter for drone shooting, and provide creative and technical assistance.
• Creative Services Using the Adobe Suite, assist in developing visual content for print and digital platforms. Create graphics, layouts, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced design environment while contributing to the creative vision of our luxury brand.
• Marketing Operations Provide operational support to our regional marketing teams including creating/managing events, and email campaign execution Create/update emails supporting product launches, nurture programs or one-off email campaigns using Marketo. Assist in ad hoc reporting and data analysis on marketing programs. Support the MOPs team in database cleanup and attribution tracking creation.
• Channel Marketing Support channel communications and B2B marketing initiatives to serve distributor markets. Gain valuable exposure to brand campaigns, print and digital media, and integrated communications projects.
• Product Marketing Conduct research and analyses on competitive products, features, messaging, and brands to understand positioning in the competitive landscape. Also develop a comprehensive understanding of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products in order to identify product/feature gaps and opportunities to help inform strategic decision-making for new product development.
• Publishing Assist in researching and preparing Digital Content for The Living Kitchen’s online platforms, ensuring it aligns with our publication style. Provide administrative support by organizing digital files and photography assets, including assistance in securing usage rights. Using Adobe Suite, help create complete social media packages for each of our magazine’s features.
• Copywriting Support Brand Communications team by writing and editing marketing copy for consumer and trade audiences in digital and print media. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, gain a practical understanding of product positioning, message strategy development, and brand voice.
• Web Marketing Learn how to use the Sitecore content management system to update and maintain the Sub-Zero website. Research and document systems and applications that integrate with the website. Learn about APIs, website accessibility, and project management systems in an agile environment. Provide support to our users and learn how to troubleshoot issues related to the website and applications that consume its data.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in a 4 year bachelor’s program with good academic standing and be flexible during the Spring and Fall semesters to work 10-15 hours a week part-time and 40 hours a week full-time during the summer. Must have a 3.0/4.0 GPA.
