Description
5W is seeking an individual with a passion for digital marketing and social media. As a Client Growth Coordinator, your role will be to help manage day-to-day tasks and client service needs across a range of projects. You’re confident and detail-oriented and will enjoy building relationships with our multidisciplinary team and our amazing clients. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Key support for the digital marketing department and its team to help deliver best-in-class creative work
- Assist a number of digital projects and clients (from a content, community management, analytics and influencer perspective)
- Lead and assist in developing project timelines and schedules, coordinating important client or internal meetings, scheduling client presentations, etc.
- Take ownership and ensure that clients are aligned with internal teams throughout the program and engagement
- Manage day to day client communications and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, project status, and program information.
- Support internal team by being the voice of the client and ensuring they have everything they need be successful
- Understand program impact and strategize improvements based on observed campaign progress
Here’s what you have:
- An internship focused on digital marketing / social media (agency experience a plus)
- A passion for digital marketing and desire to become an expert in digital marketing, including but not limited to Influencer, Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO, and Paid Media
- Understanding and familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Driven, detail oriented, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic
- Attentive ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
