Our Company is looking for a candidate with strong writing skills that is a highly energetic and highly organized professional who can work in a fast-paced environment and finds energy in servicing a variety of national non-profit organizations. The position includes social media management, digital marketing management, copywriting for multiple mediums, event management and administrative duties. Candidate must be an excellent communicator including phone, face-to-face and writing. Excellent writing skills across several mediums are a must including web, advertising, social media and business correspondence. The proper candidate will like variety, a fast-paced environment and problem solving as well as have excellent project and time management skills. This position reports to the Executive Director/Association Manager and includes membership assistance, continuing education and certification assistance, communications and meetings management, and other association tasks as needed.


– Answer questions for those seeking certification, recertification, and educational opportunities
– Manage all outbound communications for the association, including website copy updates, eblasts, and social media
– Assist in managing board meetings, events, and conferences
– Provide membership and certification assistance to the Senior Association/Certification specialist as needed
– Provide administrative assistance to the organization and Executive Director as needed


– Excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational, planning abilities
– Ability to work independently, a self starter, independent thinker, detail oriented
– Knowledge of social media platforms and demonstrated experience on how to maximize exposure
– Project and time management skills to juggle multiple projects that are deadline driven and time sensitive
– Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
– Database experience a plus
– Website management experience a plus
– Bachelors degree preferred


2-3 weeks per year; some weekend work may be required.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
