KennedyC seeks a Jr.Account Executive to join our talented, hard-working, passionate Account Services Team. The Account Services Team is the main contact between the agency and client accounts. Therefore, the Jr. Account Executive should be well-versed in client needs and agency abilities to provide the best service to the client at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborates on and provides project management support to account executives on day-to-day client activities, including media plan documentation, production and creative deadlines, media placements, etc. to ensure the details of each account are in order
• Collaborates with various agency departments to initiate client brainstorming and execution of client plans
• Coordinates, prepares for and attends client meetings, some travel is required. Assist in the management of client budgets. Reviews all billing and compares to the approved plan, reports discrepancies to relevant departments; if discrepancies are disputed, reports to Account Services Director for resolution
• Effectively presents client strategy and metrics, and obtains client approval
• Proactively and regularly checks in with clients for feedback and needs, responding promptly to client questions and concerns
• Knows of and keeps apprised of client’s brand, industry trends, markets, competitive landscape, products and services
• Other agency or department projects that may arise

Qualifications:
• Agency experience preferred
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong, effective communicator
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Attention to detail
