We are a leading market research firm specializing in multicultural research and research for the media industry, is searching for a Research Associate. We are a small office, so we are looking for someone who is not only the right fit for the position but also the right fit for the office. Work aside, we enjoy spending time with each other. The Research Associate will work with Project Managers and Associate Project Managers on all tasks and aspects of an assigned market research project and is involved from start to finish. Project and research tasks could include vendor procurement and management, project scheduling, questionnaire checking, programming and writing, producing and checking data tabulations for accuracy, analysis of primary and secondary data, creating charts, graphic, and PowerPoint presentations, among others. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but also be comfortable working as part of a team. Candidates must be detail-oriented, be able to multitask, be a self-starter, and be a fast learner. searching for a Cultural Insights Market Research Manager. We provide cutting-edge insights to companies who want to learn how to engage with and grow their Latinx, Black, Asian, and other diverse customers and audiences.

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Quantitatively-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines a must
  • Pro-active, must be a team player and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous market research experience
  • Experience with statistical, programming, and cross-tabulation software/programs
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish)
  • Degrees or coursework in anthropology, sociology, psychology, statistics and data analysis, social justice, critical race theory, gender studies, and/or cultural studies
  • A creative eye, with skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other graphics programs
