The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.

What You’ll Do:
• Own and update the company marketing calendar, driving clarity of and visibility to marketing, media and public relations efforts throughout the year
• Provides key insights and development of marketing plans to drive product sales and brand messaging
• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, creative, visual merchandising, and cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign tactics and internal alignment
• Manages the execution of company gift cards, driving awareness, revenue and results through multiple distribution channels
• Oversees sponsorship relationships by executing contract deliverables in a timely manner, optimizing for seasonal campaign focuses and fostering connections with brand fans
• Manages product sample process in support of seasonal campaigns, company sponsorship requests, experiential events and public relations needs
• Utilizes market research and customer insights in order to determine optimal plan to drive traffic to stores and visitors to site including driving cross-channel purchasing
• Reviews post campaign analysis to determine return on investment and future needs in strategy adjustment; studies and anticipates sales risks and develops corresponding mitigation strategy
• Manage and track department financials

What We’re Looking for:
• Bachelors degree required in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to fuel revenue growth
• Ability to develop and execute high-ROI marketing programs
• Understanding of media and marketing principles
• Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills
• Highly organized and creative problem solver with an attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
