Here at TDR, you’ll gain hands-on experience within Digital Advertising and learn why you can’t shake those ads. We’re looking for ambitious self-starters who love collaborating across teams, brainstorming innovative strategies, and love working with numbers. This ain’t coffee runs and photocopies. You’ll be working on real work for real clients.

YOU’RE RIGHT FOR THIS JOB IF…
You’re curious by nature and have a desire to become the next digital advertising guru. It also helps if you:
- Are a proactive learner, and are willing to take lead on daily tasks
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills in order to create new strategies
- Are experienced utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft tools
- Are currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program, and have an interest in Marketing/ Communications, Business, Mathematics or another related field of study

Here at TDR, we have a lot to get done and a very short amount of time to do it. As a Digital Advertising Intern, you’ll support the Paid Digital Advertising (PDA) team to ensure that projects are completed on time and held to the utmost quality standards. While your primary focus will be supporting this team with reporting and analysis, you’ll also get a taste for campaign setup and optimizations, budgeting, creative design and testing, ad copy creation, keyword builds, audience development, and much more.
