Description
Wisconsin Health News and Health News Illinois are seeking a reporter for their independent, nonpartisan online publications focused on healthcare policy, politics and business.
This is an entry-level position for an eager reporter looking to learn all aspects of online news.
The primary responsibility for the position is to report for the Wisconsin Health News and Health News Illinois subscriber-based daily email newsletters.
Additional duties will include:
-Copy editing
-Attending press conferences and other relevant meetings
-Helping with virtual and in-person events
-Updating and maintaining the organizations’ websites and social media channels
This is a full-time, remote position which may include some travel based on location.
Residence in Wisconsin or Illinois is required. The selected candidate will join a team of dedicated reporters spread across the two states.
