The concept of Lead The Way is to have conversations with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, learn innovative approaches to leadership, and understand how we all uniquely fit as part of the solution to the challenges we are facing in the world today.

Lead The Way is seeking an intern to assist with its further development. Responsibilities

  Schedule and coordinate guests to be interviewed on the podcast

  Generate research on scheduled guests

  Assist with crafting questions for podcast interviews

  Create content for social media platforms

  Produce interview preparation materials Requirements

  Communications or Journalism major

  Hardworking

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Solid understanding of social media

  Writing skills

  Excellent ability to problem solve
