Account Coordinator Roles & Expectations

■ Community Management

– Daily monitoring (messages, comments, replies, #’s) of all channels; Outreach; Customer Service

■ Analytics

– Pull social channels numbers; place in excel for AE to create formal analytics report; create analytics presentation as directed by AE

■ Scheduling Content

– Ensuring accuracy of schedule content on all platforms

■ Creative Assistance

– Sourcing props for photo shoots as needed; shipping as needed;

– Document all receipts from photo prop sources and shipping; Record with office manager

■ Meeting Responsibilities

Note taking; capturing follow up action items post internal and external meetings; distribution of notes to all team members

Our Manager of Talent and Culture helps facilitate employee support systems that focus on positive reinforcement, including a mentorship program, the Golden E award, and our Kudos Wall (a whiteboard covered in post-it affirmations for a job well done.) And then there’s an office favorite—Koffee with Kelly—our weekly morning meeting where the president shares news, accolades and donuts with the entire office.

Our president also holds one-on-one motivation meetings with each team member to connect and craft positions around their desires and goals. Between those meetings, regular 360 feed-back with senior management, and a comprehensive 12-week onboarding process with the Director of Talent and Culture, employees have several outlets to feel heard, align on expectations and stay motivated. This creates an environment that’s more productive, predictable and fun.
