About Ideas That Evoke
At Evoke, we work with a variety of Fortune 50 beauty and lifestyle brands, crafting social and PR strategies that buck the norm and generate best-in-class results. We do more than just post pretty things, but we do that too, and that’s why we need you!

Freshly-baked cookies and piping hot lattes. Paid sabbatical. Visits from an adorable puppy.
No, you’re not dreaming, that’s just how we do company culture at Ideas That Evoke.

At Evoke, we understand that taking a risk in the right direction is what keeps us moving forward. Since that first leap of faith in 2009 when our founder and president, Kelly Ehlers, left her corporate job at 5 months pregnant to start the company, Evoke has disrupted the marketing industry and welcomed innovation—and the unknown—with a smile.

Communication is part of everyday operations at Evoke—after all, it’s kind of what we do!
Our Manager of Talent and Culture helps facilitate employee support systems that focus on positive reinforcement, including a mentorship program, the Golden E award, and our Kudos Wall (a whiteboard covered in post-it affirmations for a job well done.) And then there’s an office favorite—Koffee with Kelly—our weekly morning meeting where the president shares news, accolades and donuts with the entire office.

Our president also holds one-on-one motivation meetings with each team member to connect and craft positions around their desires and goals. Between those meetings, regular 360 feed-back with senior management, and a comprehensive 12-week onboarding process with the Director of Talent and Culture, employees have several outlets to feel heard, align on expectations and stay motivated. This creates an environment that’s more productive, predictable and fun.

Evoke is redefining the agency model to deliver cutting-edge services at the speed of the marketplace, from digital and social media marketing to PR and influencer partnerships. At the heart of Evoke are our partnerships, whether that’s with employees and members of our ever-growing agency community or with clients and brand communities. Whether we inspire a social media share, an influencer DM, or a PR conversion, every meaningful interaction builds a relationship—and they all start by attracting consumer attention and engagement.

We don’t just preach engagement, we practice it IRL.

Our Madison, WI-based agency continues earning national recognition including rankings on both the Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 lists—naming Evoke the #23 Fastest-Growing Marketing Agency in the Country in 2016—and multiple listings among Entrepreneur Magazine’s 360 Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America…and we’re not slowing down anytime soon! Awards and accolades aside, our leadership team understands that, as the market changes, we need to pivot as well.
