As a Property Management Team Member, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, leasing, and day-to-day operations of one or more properties in the Madison area. Your role will focus on ensuring high occupancy rates, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and promoting our properties in the competitive Madison rental market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and community outreach.
• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Leasing & Showings: Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and handle the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Property Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Market Analysis: Regularly analyze local rental market trends and adjust marketing efforts to stay competitive.
• Administrative Support: Handle leasing paperwork, tenant communications, and reporting.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving tenant issues and maintaining a positive relationship with all residents.

Ideal Candidate:
• Character & Integrity: Strong focus on honesty, dedication, and loyalty to customers.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills; prior experience in marketing, sales, or property management is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and driven to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
• Real Estate or Property Management Experience: A plus, but not required.
