Key Responsibilities:
• Research and build lead lists of high-potential companies in manufacturing and AI, identifying key decision-makers at each target
• Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, crafting personalized messaging to initiate conversations
• Conduct intro meeting and discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and align them with our solutions
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proof-of-concept materials, and follow-ups to support the deal process
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and product team to advance conversations and close strategic partnerships
Basic Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or B2B sales, preferably within technology or enterprise environments. Exposure to AI, SaaS, data infrastructure, or automation-related industries is preferred
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and spoken formats, especially when simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting tools; able to manage and optimize lead generation workflows
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accountability and consistency
• Demonstrates strong ownership mentality, actively seeks feedback, and shows initiative in driving measurable results in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
