Description
We are seeking an entry-level digital & account coordinator to support our senior Sēd team on integrated communication efforts with a focus on social media, web development, and CRM. Sēd is an integrated communications agency that supports startups on the journey to hypergrowth. We believe in the power of eruption, or the redefining of the codes and conventions that confine a category, to propel our clients’ brands and companies toward hypergrowth. That requires a team that is bold, thinks differently by design, and with a fearlessness that will allow our clients to break through in their respective categories.
This is a contractor position and is a fully remote role. The schedule is flexible.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends.
• Knowledge of emerging media and content trends.
• Outstanding understanding of social media platforms (FB, Ig, TT, YT, P) and comfort in repurposing content across channels.
• Visual eye for basic content creation and asset sourcing.
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Articulate. Excellent copywriting, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Self-motivated, assertive personality who can operate effectively as an individual and as part of the team.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset.
• Ability to listen, adapt, and incorporate feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective rapport with the team, even in remote working environments.
Platforms this candidate must be familiar with: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Airtable).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct competitive research and support new business efforts with insights on digital trends, platforms, and partnerships.
• Assist with CRM management, including sourcing imagery and organizing assets for monthly email newsletters.
• Plan, create, and schedule Instagram content; manage engagement (DMs, comments); and track/report on analytics.
• Participate in client meetings and help manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across projects.
• Support the development of client strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in seasonal public relations efforts, including media list creation, press outreach, and tracking coverage.
• Contribute to the execution of social and digital strategies that align with client brand identities and goals.
Education:
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience:
• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, research, or account coordination
