Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Manage and update platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, text campaigns, email newsletters, and websites.
• SEO Optimization: Learn and implement basic SEO techniques for improved website visibility and rankings.
• Email Marketing: Create email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion metrics; generate performance reports to track effectiveness.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform strategies.
• Product/Service Scheduling: Assist in scheduling online promotions and launches.
• AI Integration: Explore and propose AI technology solutions that can streamline processes and enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for content creation and teamwork.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools— WordPress, social media management, CMS, email marketing software, and analytics platforms will learn new platforms to improve productivity
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Creativity: Capability to think innovatively for marketing campaigns and content development.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark and Video editing tools).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for website edits, WordPress, and C-panel.
• Previous experience in digital marketing projects or internships is a plus.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, enjoys building projects, detailed oriented, willing to speak up to improve processes, team player, strong organizational skills
