Description
Customer Relations
• Compile Seed Production Update Reports by gathering information from the Production Team during growing season
• Distribute Seed Production Update Reports to customers with contracts and purchase orders
Brand and Logo Management
• Maintain Pure Line Seed’s brand and logo integrity: Keep Name, tagline, and logo trademarks current; Enforce brand guidelines across all materials; Streamline brand presence under direction of the President and Vice President
Media: Digital Media
• Capture videos, photos, and other content at trial and production sites
• Organize media assets for catalogs, website, promotional materials, and social media
• Create videos and slideshows for events and meetings
Media: Website
• Maintain website performance and functionality
• Update website content and imagery regularly
Media: Newsletters
• Write monthly newsletter content with team updates and news
• Publish newsletters after receiving final approval from the President
Media: Tech sheets
• Compile data with Research, Product Development, and Sales Teams to produce tech sheets
Media: Catalogs
• Design annual catalogs for small seed and processor products, including layout and format
• Compile product descriptions with input from Research, Product Development, and Sales Teams
Media: Social Media
• Manage company presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Document Management
• Maintain consistent branding across all documents (invoices, contracts, letterheads, etc.)
Events
• Register company and staff for trade shows
• Schedule meeting arrangements for trade shows and trials
• Support marketing events such as trials and trade shows: Arrange transportation of supplies; Set up, staff, and manage booth operations at trade shows as needed
Materials and Inventory
• Approve purchases of branded and promotional items in coordination with General Managers (seed bags, tags, signage, etc.) and Vice President (promotional items, gear, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials (trade show signage, catalogs, etc.) and promotional items (hats, pens, notepads, giveaways, etc.)
• Develop new marketing materials as needed
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of agricultural business environments, with the ability to apply industry knowledge to support organizational success.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Premiere Pro: Ability to create, edit, and manipulate a variety of graphic elements and file types; Competence in working with different graphic file formats and color modes; Ability to handle basic HTML statements when needed
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily business operations.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent self-discipline and time-management abilities.
• Effective communicator and active listener with the ability to collaborate across departments to build a cohesive workplace culture.
• Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills and strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Adept at preparing and delivering clear, professional communications across multiple formats.
• Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods, including trials, trade shows, and other critical events.
Pay
• Pay begins at $20/hour and may be higher depending on experience and qualifications
