We’re searching for an innovative and motivating Multimedia Sales Manager who can bring vision, strategy, and results to our multi-platform sales efforts. In this role, you’ll coach and inspire Media Executives to create powerful campaigns that combine the reach of broadcast with the precision of digital—delivering real results for our clients and real growth for our stations and digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, mentor, and energize a team of Media Executives to hit ambitious revenue targets, with an emphasis on new local direct business and digital advertising.
• Build and grow a pipeline of business alongside team of Media Executives, including going on sales calls.
• Develop station sponsorship opportunities and custom client solutions that blend digital innovation with broadcast impact.
• Utilize sales tools such as Wide Orbit, Matrix, and analytics platforms for performance tracking and strategic planning
• Assist station management in inventory management, pricing, revenue forecasting and pacing.
• Recruit, hire and train new Media Executives and provide ongoing support with weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones.
• Create a culture of collaboration, positivity, and success—where everyone is driven to win together.
What We’re Looking For
• A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of both broadcast and digital marketing.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multimedia sales management is a strong plus.
• A passion for developing people and helping them achieve their full potential.

About KOLN, KSNB, KNOP:
KOLN is the dominant broadcast and digital station in the Lincoln, Nebraska, DMA.
