As a fast-growing startup, we’re looking for an energetic, fun, and fearless self-starter to join our team as an Organic Social Media Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing strategy while working in a fast-paced, startup environment!

Role Overview
As an Organic Social Media Intern, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing our social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness, engage with our community, and grow Spotz’s presence online. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring creative ideas to life and help Spotz reach new heights through organic social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and authentic content that reflects Spotz’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience (including posts, stories, videos, and graphics).
Social Media Strategy: Help manage the social media calendar and contribute ideas for campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations and building an active online community.
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social media trends, popular hashtags, and content formats that can elevate Spotz’s digital presence.
Analytics: Track performance and engagement metrics to understand what’s working and optimize content strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:
• A passion for social media and digital marketing—TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter should be your second nature!
• Creative, innovative, and energetic—someone who isn’t afraid to experiment with new ideas.
• Strong writing and communication skills—your captions and posts should make people stop scrolling.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
• A go-getter attitude with a self-starter mentality—comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Previous experience managing social media for brands or personal projects is a plus, but not required!
