Description
As Social Media Manager, you’ll oversee Brittle Paper’s social media presence. This position is perfect for someone who thinks creatively about social media. You’ll learn how to build literary community online and work within a publication’s editorial voice.
Responsibilities: creating and scheduling posts across platforms, writing captions and platform-specific content, identifying new engagement strategies, curating content that reflects the aesthetic and editorial voice of the platform.

Note: You don’t have to be fluent in African literature to apply. We welcome applicants who are curious about digital culture, transnational literary contexts, and publishing. The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is key.
