Telling, Inc. is North America’s Largest Social Commerce Content Studio, located in Los Angeles. They specialize in services such as TikTok Shop Livestream Operations, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing, Short-Form Video Production, and High-Return Ad Campaigns.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in using professional video equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and lighting gear.
• Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
• Experience in editing short-form videos, digital ads, or e-commerce content, with the ability to deliver high-quality assets efficiently.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools (e.g., auto-captioning, smart cut optimization) is a strong plus.
• Responsible for shooting and post-producing content including short-form videos, livestream replays, and product demos, ensuring high visual quality and strong pacing.
• Collaborate with content directors to translate scripts into engaging visuals and optimize for key performance metrics such as click-through and view rates.
• Able to produce short-form content in bulk, tailored to the tone and format of platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Fluent Mandarin is required during work (required)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end production of short-form video content, from ideation and scripting to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
• Coordinate closely with the filming crew and editors to enhance storytelling and increase viewer engagement (e.g., driving comments or shares).
• Monitor and analyze video performance data (e.g., views, conversion rates) to refine content strategy.
• Oversee the shooting and editing of various formats such as product demos, livestream highlights, and promotional videos.
• Translate creative briefs and scripts into visually compelling content with strong narrative structure and pacing.
• Consistently deliver platform-native content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
