Rory Leyden

Rory served 15 years as the President and CEO of Hoffmaster Group Inc a Private Equity backed, paper converting company based in Oshkosh, WI. Hoffmaster employs over 1200 people throughout North Americal. During his time there Hoffmaster completed more than 10 acquisitions. Rory currently serves on the Board of Directors of three private equity backed companies, advising on market strategies, mergers and acquisitions and business improvement.

Prior to joining Hoffmaster, Rory spent time in a variety of marketing leadership roles working on brands such as DeWalt, Little Tikes, Sharpie and Papermate. Rory and his wife Jacki both graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1988. Their three daughters all graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When not in Madison for Badger game days, Rory, Jacki and their dog Mifflin reside in Nashotah, WI.
