We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Coordinator to join our team. The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our client services team, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing and optimizing client campaigns, ensuring their success, and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital advertising and a knack for client management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for connecting with Sales team before a campaign goes live to make sure all HubSpot fields and client KPIs are properly inputted prior to launch date
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers and relationships
  • Assist Sales with HubSpot during the campaign to ensure any changes are reflected in the deal
  • Work closely with Finance and Ad Ops team to keep track of monthly billable spend and align on invoices before sending out to the client
  • Responsible for sending through any reporting to clients
  • Check in with Ad Ops, Google Ads dashboards and IOs to ensure campaigns are pacing on track throughout the campaign
  • Assist with putting together proposed targeting for client campaigns, channel lists and gaming app lists
  • Assist Ad Ops team in with mid- and end-of campaign reports by inputting data into client-facing presentations

About You

  • 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience at a digital media agency or inhouse at an advertising client, an ideal candidate has Google, YouTube/Facebook or TikTok digital video experience.
  • Experience in managing advertising campaigns or customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage several key accounts and achieve goals to drive growth
  • Experience with Google Slides, Sheets and Docs.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented professional.
  • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
  • Google Ads or YouTube certified a plus
  • Can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, writing and speaking skills required.
