The Tigers are seeking a Game Presentation assistant for the 2025 season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ideate and develop engaging and effective game presentation solutions.
• Contribute to Control Room setup and workflow processes, utilizing control systems such as Xpression, Dashboard, EVS Replay, Daktronics Display Studio, etc.
• Execute production positions (Stage Manager, Camera Operator, etc.) both in the control room and outdoor seating areas during Detroit Tigers home games and select special events at Comerica Park.
• Work closely with game-day crew and full-time staff to ensure quality production standards are met.
• Assist with setup of field shoots and camera operation.
• Clipping and logging highlights, game presentation, and historical footage to maintain a cataloged video library.
• Basic video editing, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic Graphic Design, utilizing Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to update motion design templates, utilizing Adobe After Effects.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior or recent graduate, with availability for the duration of the MLB season.
• Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities.
• Strong decision making, problem resolution, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in a similar role or field and knowledge of MLB and the Detroit Tigers is a plus.
• The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred candidates will have some proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.

Working Conditions:
• Frequent visual/auditory attention.
• Exposure to high noise levels.
• Frequently lift/carry production equipment up to 50 pounds for various needs.
• Physically able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
