Description
Apply for this paid, 10-week internship and work with UW-Madison Space Science and Engineering Center communicators to write journalistic online and print articles spanning a variety of atmospheric, climate and Earth science.
Gain experience working with multimedia forms like graphics, photography, video and social media.
SSEC is an internationally-known research center at UW-Madison and is the birthplace of satellite meteorology. SSEC utilizes weather satellites, aircraft and ground-based instrumentation to collect observations of the Earth’s atmosphere, oceans and land to improve our understanding of weather, climate and our planet.
