Who We Are:
Total Athlete Performance (TAP) is a high-performance training facility dedicated to helping athletes maximize their speed, strength, and agility. TAP provides personalized training programs, injury prevention strategies, and sport-specific conditioning to support athletes at all levels.
Your Role:
A Sports Marketing & Social Media Manager at TAP would play a crucial role in growing the brand, engaging athletes, and attracting new clients. This person would manage social media platforms, create compelling content, and run targeted marketing campaigns to showcase TAP’s training programs, success stories, and expertise.
Responsibilities:
– Social Media Management: Oversee TAP’s social media accounts, create engaging posts, and spotlight athletes and coaches.
– Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos, graphics, and written content to promote training programs and athlete success stories.
– Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
– Engagement and Partnerships: Build relationships with local teams, brands, and businesses for sponsorship opportunities.
– SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to refine strategies and increase viewership.

– Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice.
– Stay updated with gym strategies and client engagement.
– Deliver measurable growth in social media engagement and client leads.
– Effectively manage marketing budgets and advertising efforts.
