Katie Hepler
Vice President, Brand Strategy and Integration, Life Time
Katie Hepler is Vice President of Brand Strategy + Integration at Life Time, Inc., where she leads brand strategy and integrated marketing across the company’s 70+ brands and 500+ products. Since joining in 2021, she led the transformation of the brand’s social media strategy and In-Club event approach, while also rebuilding the department’s structure and establishing new strategic direction.
Prior to Life Time, Katie served as Senior Marketing Director at Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, where she led in-state brand strategy for North America’s largest regional dairy farmer checkoff group. Her crisis communication leadership during COVID-19 earned prestigious recognition, including a PRSA Silver Anvil Award and Chief Marketer PRO Award Gold.
Katie spent ten years in various roles at NYC agencies including Carrot Creative (The Vice Digital Agency), MWW Corporate Communications, Ogilvy PR, and Ruder Finn PR, where she managed multimillion-dollar accounts for major brands across Unilever, American Express, Microsoft, and Deloitte.
Katie is actively involved in supporting efforts to engage and connect the Wisconsin alumni community. While in NYC, she was a member of the Big Apple Badger Board (WAA NYC Alumni Chapter) and served as President from 2010-2012. She also is a member of the WAA Advisory Council.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from UW-Madison in Journalism and Mass Communication and French in 2007, and her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in May 2015 as part of the part-time program.
