Kara joined the J-School staff in Spring 2023. As Communications Manager, she oversees the School’s website, social media channels, events and other communications. Prior to this role, she has worked in both the advertising agency and in-house marketing worlds with experience in brand strategy and management, digital advertising, and content strategy and creation.
Kara is a graduate of UW-Madison and the J-School with B.A.s in Journalism (Strategic Communication) and Spanish.
