Description

The Digital Media Associate is responsible for setting up, optimizing and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for assigned clients. The role is task oriented, assisting with ad hoc team requests as well as overarching account optimization objectives. The Digital Media Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Media and will work closely with the Digital Media team to complete assigned tasks while gaining exposure and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising.

Responsibilities:
• Optimize KPIs for respective product line – offering solutions to KPI issues, reporting on KPI’s with understanding of perspective product.
• Learn the necessary skills to navigate within L2T’s internal operations platform and ticketing system.
• Support keyword and other performance optimizations.
• Manage monthly incentive updates.
• Manage display, video, and OTT creative per campaign requirements.
• Account audits as requested.
• Read and apply all SOPs for department and ensure processes are followed.
• Ability to pull and analyze reports from L2T’s Performance Dashboard and other 3rd party partner applications.
• Optimize KPIs for respective product line – offering solutions to KPI issues, reporting on KPI’s with understanding of perspective product.
• Identify market trends and understanding of competitors (who they are, POD).
• Identify trends across product lines.
• Completes Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ads training.
• Ad hoc requests as needed.

Education Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Required Skills:
• Must be able to commute to Evanston, IL and maintain hybrid work schedule.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing products such as Paid Search, Display, Video.
• Familiarity with Digital Media platforms (Google Ads, Google Docs, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and shared documents.
• Must have strong attention to detail as well as advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods.
• Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
• Certification: Google Ads Network, Google Analytics, Paid Search, Display, Video, and Mobile.
• Experience using project management or ticketing systems, Jira preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $47,000 – $50,000. Compensation is based on experience and the location of where the job is performed.
