Description
The Business Analyst & Strategy Intern on the Customer Experience team will work collaboratively across Mercury Marine to enhance our customer experience processes and tools. You’ll gain experience gathering and organizing data to provide reporting on key metrics, support team members on specific assignments, and conduct competitive benchmarking on key customer experiences. This role will be instrumental in continuing to build relationships with internal and external customers while providing support across the department as needed. This role is located at our Fond du Lac, WI location and operate in a flexible hybrid workplace environment.
During this internship you will:
• Gather & organization operational & experiential data to build key metric reports.
• Assist customer experience team in delivering programs that increase employee and customer adoption, satisfaction, and success with our products.
• Play a supporting role on key customer experience implementation projects.
• Research competitor experience to analyze enhancements and trends.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and execute special projects as needed.
Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a major in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
• Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during the summer of 2025
• Proficient in Excel & Power Point
• Permanent US Work Authorization required
