We’re looking for an Integrated Media Planner to collaborate on cross-channel, tactical planning for key client(s). As a trusted liaison, you will streamline and contribute to the process from start to finish. You will deliver work that truly works by ensuring that the strategy and plan are brought to life as intended. By honing your expertise in both offline and digital media, you will serve as a growing resource.

The ways you will make an impact:

  • Create cross-channel, tactical media plans through data-centric analysis
  • Contribute to channel allocation and media analysis (e.g., daypart and breakeven)
  • Facilitate key steps in the plan process (e.g., goals)
  • Ensure continuity with Investment Solutions and Analytics & Insights disciplines
  • Accurately maintain all team/client documents (e.g., flowcharts, budget sheets and status)
  • Present portions of tactical plan recommendations to clients and actively participate in status calls; communicate with confidence
  • Keep team abreast of status; allow for appropriate lead-time for input and revisions
  • Handle ad hoc requests from clients (e.g., POVs on industry topics)
  • Train Associate team members on specific processes and tools
  • Step up, speak up and soak it up

Experience you should bring:         

  • 1-2 year(s) of cross-channel media planning experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
