That’s where I come in. I’m Tim Molnar, a former university lecturer, dating coach, and author of the book, Date Smarter, a research-backed guide to navigating modern romance. My work blends behavioral science, psychology, and real-world coaching to help people date with more confidence and intention.
Demand for my work is expanding—and I’m looking for a versatile, proactive contractor to help scale this mission.
About the Role
I’m seeking a motivated, adaptable individual to work with me as a Strategic Operations Associate. This is a contract-based, fully remote position ideal for graduate students, recent graduates, or independent professionals with a background in business, behavioral science, communications, or media strategy.
Since this is a 1099 contract role, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and determine how best to complete tasks. The role can be structured as a summer contract or an ongoing engagement, depending on fit and availability.
You’ll work directly with me on high-impact projects in business development, marketing, content creation, and media outreach—gaining hands-on experience in growing a thought leadership brand in the dating space.
Key Responsibilities
• Social media management: Assist with content strategy, scheduling, and engagement.
• Research-based content creation: Translate behavioral science and psychology insights into engaging content.
• Media & podcast outreach: Help identify and pitch relevant media outlets and podcast opportunities.
• Book promotion & audience engagement: Support outreach efforts to drive book sales and brand awareness.
• Digital marketing & growth strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in business, psychology, behavioral science, social work, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized & detail-oriented.
• Comfortable tracking multiple projects at once.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation & Contract Terms:
• Hourly Pay: Commensurate with experience.
• Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
