Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time FSET Outreach Specialist to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Fond du Lac or Oshkosh, WI.
The FSET Outreach Specialist coordinates outreach to individuals who qualify for FSET services. Our Outreach Specialist serves as the first point of contact for any questions regarding our FSET program. Our FSET Outreach Specialists are an essential part our client’s success.
Primary Duties Include:
• Develop recruitment campaigns and strategies
• Contact individuals on our referral list
• Facilitate offsite orientations and informative sessions
• Act as a liaison between FSC and community partners
• Promote the FSET program
• Document data accurately and timely
Education/Experience:
Associates degree and two-three plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a starting rate of $22.19/hour with additional compensation based on experience beyond the minimum requirement. In addition to compensation, we have an excellent benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability (employer-paid benefit), Basic Life and AD&D (employer-paid benefit), 6% 401k match (with no vesting period), Paid Time Off (accruing up to 20 days in the first 12 months) and 12 Paid Holidays.
