Description
Heritage Tile is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Verona, WI/Oak Park, IL.
Heritage Tile is a company of dedicated professionals making a difference by creating beautiful spaces and restoring historical places all around the world. We are redefining how tile is designed, produced, promoted, and distributed.
Responsibilities
Asset Management:
• Develop and maintain an organizational strategy for digital assets including images, videos, brochures, etc.
CRM Management:
• Support the continuous improvement of Heritage Tile’s CRM through list management, segmentation, tagging, etc.
Competitive Landscape:
• Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behaviors to understand current and future trends
Social Media Assistance:
• Assist with building the social media strategy and content calendar, as well as brainstorming new ideas for new and innovative social media campaigns
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support in creating engaging content for social media channels
Customer Image Requests:
• Identify projects to request images for, helping facilitate communication and content release forms with clients
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications for Success:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or have recently graduated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
